Statue Of Unity

Zarwani Waterfall

Sardar Sarovar Dam
Sardar Sarovar Dam is a 163-meter high dam built over the Narmada river in Gujarat state,
India. The foundation stone was laid by Late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime mister
of India, on 5th April 1961. The dam was dedicated to the nation on the 17th of September
2017, by the Prime Mister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. Sardar Sarovar Dam is a concrete
gravity dam and is the second-largest dam in the world by volume, after Grand Coulee Dam

This botanical garden is situated near the Statue of Unity, devoted to rare and endangered
species of cacti and succulents having around 6 lakh plants of 450 species. Botanists and cactus lovers surely get attracted to this unique garden. It is a known fact that most of these cacti and succulents have medicinal values. A cactus garden is extremely water-efficient, a definite bonus in dry climates, and it can be used to showcase native species, helping the garden to blend in with the surrounding environment.

Shoolpaneshwar Mahadev Temple
Mahadev temple attracts both devotees and tourists alike. It is believed, that the original
ancient Shoolpaneshwar Mahadev Temple which was located on the Narmada River, got
completely submerged in the development and dam project being carried out. Hence, the Shiv linga from the original temple has been re-established at this new temple.
The temple area is clean and well maintained. Located on the south of the Narmada River,
this Sanctuary shares boundaries with Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. It covers riverine forest, dry forest, and moist teak forest. It also houses two water reservoirs.
Ninai Waterfalls

Africa, Australia, and parts of India. The Zoo and safari are being developed as an effort to
