Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to souecocamp We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before visiting us or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not be allowed to visit us or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1-GENERAL CONDITIONS
All staff Members & Guest of souecocamp are expected to take care of their own health and safety as far as reasonable and useful.
Check in/out Resort Check-in Time is 12 PM; Check-out Time is 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check the Fare policy associated with your room.
Extra Bed The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
Payment Mode You can pay now or you can pay at the hotel if your selected room type has this option.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check- in or late check-out.
SECTION 2-SAFETY CONDITIONS
Maintenance of all rides, attractions and equipment are done to the highest standards. Special attention is paid to the safety and welfare of the disabled.

A safe and efficient system of work is established and maintained.
Health and safety of employees and others who may be affected by any of the activities in the river / park are assessed so that necessary preventive or protective measures can be identified and implemented.
The Safety Policy statement, safety procedures and emergency procedures are regularly reviewed and updated as and when relevant, and all staff members are furnished with up to date copies of the relevant documents.
A sense of safety awareness and reasonable attitudes in all staff members is cultivated and maintained, by developing a positive safety culture.
All staff members and the management contribute towards building a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy.
Activities under the influence of drugs, Smoking, Alcohol, and Tobacco are not permitted.
Accommodation and Sanitary Facilities for Girls and Boys are separate.
Cancellation Policy
– 100% refund if cancelled before 20 days of scheduled arrival.
– 50% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival (but less than 20 days).
– No refund if cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.
– Subject to availability and/or any rate difference.
– Name Change will be treated as cancellation only.
**Note:
-Organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
-Charges such as taxes, service charges, and payment gateway fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Resort Policy:
– Check in/out: Resort Check-in Time is 12:30 PM; Check-out Time is 10 AM.
– We have no Refund Policy.
– For Safety Purpose 80 Kgs and Above weight persons are not permitted for zipline, wall climbing and Jumping Activities.
– All Adventure Activities Included one time for Residence Guests.
– We can help to make extra sleeping arrangements in rooms.
– According to the government regulations, every individual who is above the age of 18 is required to carry a valid Photo ID to stay at the hotel.
– The identification proofs accepted here include Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, and Ration Card. A guest will not be allowed to check in without valid ID proof.
